More Trainers!

Ok so here's where I fess up to a third trainer purchase! Yes, way back at the same time I ordered the burgundy trainers (which was before I ordered the Onitsuka Tigers) I also ordered these:
Trainers - Anna Field @ Zalando (out of stock - similar here & here)
Grey Utility Trousers - Uniqlo
(these trousers come up big so size down if you're between sizes)
They are just inexpensive ones from Zalando that I got to 'try out' the trend before committing and I was going to send them back when my Onitsuka Tigers arrived but I kind of liked the grey/taupe colour going on in them and I've actually worn them quite a bit since I got them.
I find trainers great for those days when you don't get a chance to sit down. You know the kind of day where you never seem to stop dropping off/picking up/collecting/delivering and organising. That's a trainer day.
Since the weather has improved greatly here, I'm loving the chance to layer instead of wearing a coat and that's what I did today..

Jumper - H&M (similar here & here)
Denim Shirt - Boden (similar herehere & here)
Scarf - M&S (old)
Cross Body Bag - Boden (similar here *lust* & here)
Feeling a bit samey recently with my outfits...do you find you get that way too? I have found it happens with me in-between seasons and I need a colour injection to shake me out of it! I'm already mulling how to work a bit of colour into tomorrow's outfit.
Hope you're having a good week so far...my next post is about #operationformaldress...which is one of the reasons my blogging has been a bit sporadic. I think it's time I shared with you the growing panic that's unfolding ahead of the IN Magazine Glamour Awards in less than 2 weeks time *hyperventilates*
It's all in the next post - I'll be back soon!

  1. Get the nail polish out! I have a new Essie lilac color on my nails and it's done wonders to lift my spirits! Love the sneakers - I had my silver gazelles on today - almost too hot for them here - but the weather looks fab there too! xx

    1. Yes, we're having a great week here - cold but lovely and sunny. I wore some bright coral today and even wore pumps for about an hour...till my feet froze and I had to put on my sheepskin boots! x

  8. I'm sure you will look great. But if you need some extra confidence, have a look at the SPANX web site. They have several mid thigh up to the bra line options that are amazing at pulling you in and smoothing out the bumps. Just right for any slinky dress. I've relied on my one since I had my second child, every time I have a panic over a wedding do or even a jersey wrap dress. There seems to be more options on the website than when I bought my original one four years ago. Perhaps they may send you some to review? Have a fab time.
