Hi Avril...thanks for your reply. I got my shoes yesterday. The size for me is ok. Like the fur is only on the footpad, I prefer to wear thick socks to keep my my feet warm. The size 38 is just the right size and the heel height is nice too. I find the ankle opening a little bit too large with my rather small calves...but I guess it's the style of this boot. Being used to tall boots, it's kinda new to me...but I'm sure I will get used to it :)

Hi Karen, lovely to hear from you. I'm thinking you'll find them a bit big I'm afraid. I could have managed with the smaller size both width & length-wise but particularly width. I've not tried other boots from ugg so it's hard to compare. If there's free returns, it might be worth ordering the small size too? I'm the same with sizes 6.5 most of the time but can get in some 6's so would always go and try. I might look at these Ugg boots for my Christmas list!!

The girls look adorable in their Kensingtons and of course I would say that as I have a pair myself. However, my pair (adult version) do not have a zip which they could have done with. I know a few friends who struggled trying to get themselves in a pair and I think I was just borderline. But - they are nice :o)

And something I've noticed too - hard heels are just not as nice to walk in as they? I noticed that when I tried a pair of crepe soled boots in Zara and I felt like I was bouncing and I think they have much greater shock absorbency too. That's probably why you're living in your Uggs - that sole and the wedge look the business for you!

Gorgeous girlies, they look so cosy in those boots, lucky things! I had an amazing pair of knee high brown leather Uggs which were unbelievably warm and cosy, then my feet grew while I was pregnant and they didn't fit any more :-( I swear there were actual tears at the Post Office when I sold them on eBay!

Hi Vicki - thanks for asking this. I forgot to mention sizes!! So I've added in a sentence to cover this off. I would say they're perfect for a wider foot. I got the 7 and I can easily wear a thick winter sock in them, with the sheepskin insole. I would have like to have tried the 6 - I suspect I may have gotten away with it on the basis that they might stretch a little. However, unlike other size 7's I've tried, they're not big looking at all on my feet so I was happy to keep the bigger size and have the scope to layer up the socks when the weather gets chilly. Hope this helps! x

My daughter is 8 and loves ugg kensingtons, I like the wedges have never looked at them before, I brought the biker style ones with hard soles and they make my feet ache!
