Hi Sheila - sorry so slow replying. I wasn't able to answer comments while I was away. So melatonin is a supplement - it helps the body to realise it's time to sleep...your brain produces it naturally when it thinks it's nighttime so when your body clock is a bit messed up, you can take the table version to get your sleep cycle back to normal. And I can confirm it works a treat. Not available in the UK - but can be bought in US drugstores on the shelves xx
