Friday Coffee in Floaty Florals

I love Fridays! The one morning of the week that I have all to myself. So I always make plans to meet one of my friends for a catch up. Today, I met Ciara from Smudge Illustration at the Baked In Belfast coffee shop in east Belfast.
Today I'm wearing some H&M skinny jeans, M&S long cardigan worn over a gorgeous floaty dress by Maisy & Co, that I got in the Harrison (Belfast) sale the other day - was such a bargain.
I wouldn't normally wear blue and it's too short for me to wear as a dress but I loved the detail and pattern and I knew layered under a cardigan, with a belt to emphasise the waist, it would be a bright spring look. I'm looking forward to integrating it into my Summer wardrobe too!
Ciara and I meet regularly to talk about blogs and business. We always arrive with ideas and feedback for each other and leave with loads of plans to put into action.
I'm a fan of Baked in Belfast on Facebook and was so pleased to finally visit - they have a gorgeous range of marmalades, including a gin and tonic one and have just started supplying to Selfridges in London. What a great local success story! They also make pretty ceramics and have a small studio in the back that you can decorate your own plate or cup to bring home.

So armed with lots of new ideas for my blog, I bid farewell to Ciara and her little one until next time...
